ABOUT ME

Bob Weil is a practicing mixed media digital pictorialist, teacher and writer living in Omaha, Nebraska.

 

Bob has presented workshops to the Santa Barbara Photography Club, at the Los Angeles Festival of Photography and at the Santa Monica Apple store. Bob is a past member of the advisory board of the Los Angeles Festival of Photography and the Lumiere Awards. He has also written on art topics for Digital Studio Magazine and Rocky Nook photography books. His most recent book-length publication is The Art of iPhone Photography, published by Rocky Nook with co-author Nicki Fitz-Gerald.

Frames Magazine of Switzerland (www.readframes.com) included a 10-page feature of Bob's work in Volume 6 (Spring 2022) of the print edition. Bob was also honored as Artist in Residence at Frames from December 2021 - January 2022. 

Bob’s work has won numerous awards, and has been exhibited worldwide, most notably at:
